Replace:

  1. If the product is damaged or not wrong product has been sent to him, he can raise it within 7 days of the product received through any of our customer care touch point (messenger, WhatsApp, email), Kidsrepublic will replace it within 3 days if the product is available in the warehouse without any cost incurred by the customer or refund the total amount that the customer expended with an apology note.
  2. Customers have the right to return the product and ask for a refund without disclosing any reason within 7 days of receiving the product. In that case the courier cost of both sending and returning the product will be borne by the customer.
