Replace:
- If the product is damaged or not wrong product has been sent to him, he can raise it within 7 days of the product received through any of our customer care touch point (messenger, WhatsApp, email), Kidsrepublic will replace it within 3 days if the product is available in the warehouse without any cost incurred by the customer or refund the total amount that the customer expended with an apology note.
- Customers have the right to return the product and ask for a refund without disclosing any reason within 7 days of receiving the product. In that case the courier cost of both sending and returning the product will be borne by the customer.
